Accident insurance pays cash directly to the employee for covered off-the-job injuries, from emergency room visits and ambulance rides to fractures, dislocations, and burns. The money arrives as a lump sum based on a schedule of benefits and can be used for anything. Two plan amounts let the group pick the level of protection.

What this plan includes
- Plan amounts of $30,000 or $50,000 for accidental death, with higher benefits for common carrier accidents
- Scheduled cash payments for fractures, dislocations, burns, lacerations, and concussions
- Pays for covered emergency room treatment, ambulance, hospital admission, and follow-up care
- Includes a $75 yearly wellness benefit
- Spouse and children receive the same benefit amounts as the employee, except for accidental death and dismemberment
- Off-the-job coverage only; employees who leave can keep coverage while the group plan stays in force
