Vision coverage through the VSP Choice Plan network. It covers an eye exam every 12 months and helps pay for glasses or contact lenses, with two allowance levels to choose from. Contact lenses are covered instead of glasses when the employee prefers them.

- Frame allowance of $130 or $180 every 24 months, depending on the option
- Contact lens allowance of $130 or $180 every 12 months, instead of glasses
- Polycarbonate lenses for dependent children are covered in full
- Covers employee only, employee and spouse, employee and children, or employee and family
